The Service GTM & Growth Director is responsible for driving execution excellence, performance management, and helping with scalable delivery of GTM and growth initiatives for telco partners.

Acting as the right hand to the Head of Service GTM & Growth, this role ensures that strategic initiatives are effectively translated into measurable outcomes. The Director combines strategy, creativity, operational rigor, project leadership, and partner ownership, while helping build scalable processes and ensuring consistent delivery quality across markets.

The role also includes direct ownership of selected telco partners in Europe, leading their growth initiatives and ensuring strong business impact.



Service GTM & Growth Team

The team focuses on empowering partners to grow their security subscriber base and revenue by providing marketing expertise and know-how, tailored marketing materials, hands-on consultations, and leading cross-functional teams to create impactful content. The Service GTM & Growth members proactively identify and fulfill the marketing needs of our partners, ensuring that Whalebone is seen as a trusted and active partner in their growth journey. We aim to deliver the best in class knowledge and content, far from typical cybersecurity, B2B or SAAS companies communication and approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of key GTM and growth existing or new initiatives, including: Campaign launches, New market activations, Growth experiments and pilots.
  • Partner Ownership (Selected Accounts): Act as primary GTM & Growth lead for selected key telco partners (support with marketing campaigns, sales training, market research, creation of marketing assets etc)
  • Creative & Strategic Quality Stewardship. Ensure that GTM outputs meet a high bar of creativity and communication quality, not just delivery. Promote consumer-centric thinking and behavioral insight across projects
  • Performance Management & Reporting: Prepare KPI tracking and reporting across Service GTM & Growth activities.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly performance reviews (internal and partner-facing). Identify gaps and suggest corrective actions
  • Budget Management & ROI Tracking: Own partners invoice handling and tracking of budgets across partners based on budget prepared and approved by the Head of the team. Monitor and assist with evaluating ROI of campaigns and initiatives


Scope & Positioning of the Role

  • Acts as operational and executional counterpart to the Head of Service GTM & Growth while actively upholding and elevating the quality, creativity, and strategic ambition of all outputs across the team

  • Owns execution, tracking, and delivery excellence
  • Contributes to strategy but does not own overall GTM vision
  • Combines hands-on execution with senior-level ownership



Main Objectives

  • Full visibility & control over performance for the Head of Service GTM & Growth and other company stakeholders

  • Execution excellence. High-quality, on-time delivery of GTM and growth initiatives
  • Partner impact. Measurable contribution to telco growth (customers, revenue, engagement)
  • Internal efficiency. Reduced need for escalation and operational involvement from Head of



Ideal Profile

  • 7 - 8+ years of experience in:

  • Marketing or Marketing Strategy / GTM / Consulting or Advertising Agency

    Strong experience with:

    • Marketing Strategy and Communication
    • Complex project management across multiple stakeholders

      KPI tracking, reporting

    • Enterprise clients , telco or tech is a strong advantage
    • Global or international experience is a strong advantage
    • Combines strong analytical and operational skills with a genuine appreciation for creativity, communication, and consumer psychology
    • Strong executor with ownership mentality
    • Comfortable in client-facing senior interactions
    • Commercially driven, understands business impact
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must, other languages advantage
