Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processes for our tech-savvy team members.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies, with a focus on the unique aspects of the tech industry.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including employee development and relations.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their unique HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our company.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and innovation.
Requirements
- Candidates with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in IT or tech-focused roles with proven expertise in managing the employee lifecycle.
- Specialisation and keen interest in at least one of the following HR areas: onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management.
- Great knowledge of Czech labour code.
- Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak (minimum B2 level) is essential; proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to our team members.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the fast growing company environment and its impact on HR practices.
- Brno-based individual who enjoys interacting with others and is able to work from the office, with optional working from home.
