  • Define and maintain audio style guides, pipelines, and best practices in alignment with the client’s creative direction
  • Work hands-on in audio middleware (e.g. Wwise) and game engines (e.g. Unreal Engine)
  • Be the point of contact for audio-related topics
  • Identify audio risks, technical constraints, and quality issues early and proactively propose solutions
  • Review, iterate, and polish audio content based on internal feedback and client reviews
  • Regularly report progress, risks, and needs to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to craft and present a strong and articulated Audio Vision supporting the creative direction for the game.
  • Proven experience as a Sound Designer or Audio Director on AAA game projects
  • Deep knowledge of sound design principles, interactive audio systems, and implementation workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with audio middleware (Wwise) and modern game engines, e.g. Unreal Engine 5

  • Experience collaborating with external studios or publishers is a strong plus
  • Proven experience leading an audio team from development through to release on at least one AAA/AA title (highly valued)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a complex production environment

What You’ll Get

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile AAA project
  • Collaboration with a highly skilled team that has shipped multiple globally recognized titles
  • Real creative ownership and impact on the final player experience
  • A chill, no-assholes company culture
