Mission/Purpose of the Job
The Sales Development Representative drives revenue and market growth by cold calling, generating, qualifying, and dispatching leads, maintaining a strong pipeline - opening doors for Sales Engineers to close more deals while partnering with the Customer Center to enhance customer experience and build long-term success.
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare and research prospects to identify potential customers and understand their needs
2. Daily calling potential customers to engage prospects based and generate interest
3. Create new leads by capturing relevant information from interactions and research
4. Quality leads to assessing fitness, interest, and readiness for the sales process
5. Delivery high-quality leads to sales representatives increasing sales conversion
6. Dispatch qualified leads promptly to the appropriate sales team members
7. Set appointments between customers and sales engineers to facilitate further discussions
8. Send targeted and personalized emails to nurture prospects and support outreach efforts
9. Maintain and keep the CRM system accurate and up to date at all times
10. Provide monthly reports on activities, pipeline growth, and key performance metrics
11. Continuously work to increase and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth
12. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities
13. Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively communicate value to prospects
14. Build strong working relationships with Customer Centers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and support
