We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to elevate our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales and is critical for telling the AURA story effectively.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Plan and execute new product/feature launches and ensure a consistent story across channels.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Sales Enablement
- Deliver product one-pagers, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and sales pitches.
- Track adoption and impact of sales enablement content, iterating for maximum effectiveness.
Metrics & Optimization
- Monitor pipeline impact, campaign performance, and feature adoption.
- Build feedback loops that drive continuous improvement across marketing activities.
Market & Customer Intelligence
- Conduct competitive research and produce battlecards and competitive matrices.
- Drive customer insights initiatives: persona development, win/loss analysis, and feedback loops.
- Leverage data to optimize positioning and inform product decisions.
Positioning & Messaging
- Own and continuously refine AURA’s value proposition and USPs for telcos and end customers.
- Create elevator pitches, messaging playbooks, and briefs for marketing and growth teams.
- Bridge technology with business value and translate complex technical features into simple, compelling narratives.
Requirements
- Strong IT and technical acumen – you are comfortable understanding a complex cybersecurity product and can quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or telco environments.
- Experience with persona building, competitive research, win/loss analysis, and using data to craft narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft clear, compelling messages for multiple audiences.
- Experience working closely with product, sales, CSM, and growth teams to ensure alignment.
- Creative, data-driven mindset – you balance creativity with analytical thinking, combining data, experience, and customer empathy to create impactful marketing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, telco, or IoT industries.
- Background in CX (customer experience) optimization or customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns and performance tracking.
