We are seeking a Business Support Specialist, a key strategic role operating at the intersection of commercial execution and business strategy.
You are expected to be the commercial architect supporting our go-to-market teams, bringing clarity to complexity, equipping internal stakeholders with essential tools, and ensuring every deal optimally reflects both customer value and company profitability.

Responsibilities
- Guide value-based pricing strategies to maximize customer value and profitability, bringing commercial discipline to complex negotiations.
- Manage and navigate complex business deals and RFx processes, advising Account Executives and Customer Success teams to resolve procurement challenges and secure successful deal closures.
- Create and maintain pricing models, tools, and compelling messaging that help commercial teams close faster and smarter.
- Lead initiatives that reshape how we work and deliver, focusing on improving customer experience, optimizing systems, and executing strategic priorities to drive revenue growth.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams across continents to ensure strategic alignment on revenue development and market opportunities.
Requirements
- You have proven experience in business support, sales operations and project coordination.
- Expertise in Excel/Sheets for complex calculations and financial projections.
- You effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on critical outcomes.
- You communicate with precision and measurable impact.
- You approach problem-solving both analytically and creatively.
- You demonstrate proficiency in cross-functional collaboration across international time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
- Prior experience navigating and successfully managing procurement processes/RFx.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
