Mission/Purpose of the Job
As the ICO Business Process Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of intercompany reconciliation processes across the group. You will play a central role in overseeing automated reconciliation of invoices and payments among entities, supporting finance teams in resolving delivery or sales/purchasing issues, especially when facing non-cooperative counterparts—and driving continuous improvement in intercompany operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee and monitor the reconciliation of invoices and payments among group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of discrepancies.
2. Supervise and optimize automated reconciliation processes, identifying and addressing exceptions or failures.
3. Provide expert support to finance teams in handling delivery, sales, or purchasing issues, especially when intercompany counterparts are unresponsive or non-supportive.
4. Act as a key contact for escalations related to intercompany settlements, netting, and I/C Faster Payments.
5. Analyze reconciliation data and process flows to identify inefficiencies, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Recommend and implement process enhancements, leveraging ERP systems (with a focus on SAP) and automation tools.
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices for intercompany transactions.
8. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the dissemination of best practices.
