What you’ll do:
- Talk to customers (by phone & email) about overdue invoices and payment issues.
- Keep customer accounts up to date in our system (SAP & CRM).
- Solve disputes quickly and keep track of communication.
- Work with other teams to make sure data is accurate and risks are spotted early.
What we’re looking for:
- Dutch + English (both at a communicative level).
- Good communication skills — clear, friendly, and confident.
- Basic experience in finance, customer service, or a shared service center is a plus — but graduates are welcome too!
- Knowledge of SAP or Excel would be an advantage.
