Role Overview
As a Delivery Lead for Foundation IT Services, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team that delivers critical IT services supporting the success of delivery teams within the Power Technique Business Area. Working closely with PT IT Management, you will establish, coach, and guide a high-performing team focused on operations, security, and architecture services, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and build a multidisciplinary team of experts in the domain of IT Operations, IT Security and IT architecture.
- Oversee day-to-day planning, team performance, and individual career coaching.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to optimize their workflows.
- Act as a working leader by contributing hands-on to operations when needed, especially during the initial phase or in the absence of team members.
Service Delivery & Domain Expertise
Your team will deliver core foundational services in the following areas:
- IT Security & Compliance
- IT Architecture (Application, Cloud, Inventory, Alignment)
- Infrastructure Management
- IT Operations (Infrastructure, Applications, Data, etc.)
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Collaborate closely with central and distributed IT teams across the Business Area and related divisions.
- Maintain alignment with Group IT services to ensure synergy and effective integration with common platforms and services.
Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Drive service excellence and governance maturity within PT-IT.
- Promote a culture of "continuous improvement", always seeking better ways of working.
- Prepare the team to support the Business Area’s ambitious growth plans, including organic expansion and acquisition integration.
- Help shape the future PT IT organization, ensuring long-term scalability and robustness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 5 years of experience in team leadership and talent development.
- Solid understanding and proven background of key IT domains: operations, security, architecture, and data management.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO 27001, and TOGAF is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver value pragmatically.
