What are we looking for?

We are looking for a native Italian speaker to become our new Sales Development Representative who will play a key role in prospecting new customers in Italy and adding them to the sales funnel, increasing the market share, and improving the business results.

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team, hungry for expanding the business in a sustainable way.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities 

  • Proactively contacting potential clients according to the business strategy, persuasive inquiry and prospecting techniques to find customer pain points and sales opportunities.
  • Qualify and nurture internal leads from automatic lead generation, inbound/outbound marketing, hubspot and technical sources.
  • Hand over qualified leads and new customer opportunities to the sales team, improving the hit ratio and presence.
  • Further following up with closed leads who expressed interest but did not purchase.
  • Use C4C to manage calls, leads, opportunities, customer base, and activities

 

Skills and Experience

  • Italian language – native speaker level
  • Fluent level of English
  • Experience with cold calls is an advantage
  • Interest in sales with a focus on target achievement
  • Communicativeness, love to debate, ability to deal with a variety of people in a different way
  • Fast thinking, up for challenge, persistence and determination
  • Willingness to learn basic potential technical issues in production that could indicate business opportunity
  • Ability to understand basic data analytics
  • Experience in dealing with customers and working in a multicultural environment are considered a plus
