As a Project and Talent Solutions Business Partner you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the talent solutions mainly related to attract, hire and retain, based on the principles of lead generation in customer centers. You will mentor and promote the integration of talent solutions into their day-to-day operations & HR processes.
You collect and interpret information on customer centers' present and future talent needs and format this information into master specifications for talent solutions. You actively drive progress by implementation and follow up on each talent solution. You play a crucial role improving awareness of talent challenges ("burning platform") and knowledge of our talent solutions. You do this in a transparent way, offering pro-active guidance, training packages, and sharing best practices, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with our HR solutions.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a marketing background and an interest in the global talent market. You can drive results in diverse cultural contexts. You promote inclusivity (ensuring the solutions support a fair and equitable workplace for all) and foster a culture of continuous improvement (mindful of simplifying processes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Implement and monitor our talent lead generation strategies that align with the company's talent capacity goals, using effective lead generation tactics.
- Collaboration: You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer centers' hiring managers, HR managers, CTS BLMs to ensure seamless integration of lead generation efforts. You adapt well to changing business dynamics.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to continually assess the performance of lead generation initiatives, optimize processes, and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding strategies that enhance our reputation as an attractive employer and support lead generation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent lead generation technologies.
- Reporting and KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and provide regular progress reports.
