Who are we?
The Data Domain is responsible for establishing, consolidating, and unifying data and analytics services across the business area of Compressor Technique within Atlas Copco. We strive to become the business partner for trusted, transparent, and robust enterprise data to enable data driven decision making.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for data driven, detail oriented to join our Master Data Management team.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Create new master records in SAP (various Domains such as vendor, customer, material, equipment) – mass and single creation
- Amend and extend master records in SAP, single and mass action
- Retire/disable master records in SAP, single and mass action
- Work on customer tickets to the above activities, liaising with our business users/internal customers
- Perform master data pre-validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements
- Monitor data accuracy
- Assist on master data audits and clean-ups
- Actively participate in and propose process improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Depending on the domain involvement in our 2x annual transfer pricing update (“APP process”)
Skills and Experience
- Excel knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience on similar position
- User knowledge of MS Office applications, good knowledge of Excel (Outlook & Co.)
- Very high attention to detail, advanced multi tasking skills, team player attitude
- Reliable, able to prioritize work, apt to learn
- Ability to understand and follow documented procedures quickly and timely
- Experience in SAP Vendor, Customer, Material Domain MD is a plus
