We are now in L&D? Regarding the head office functions, we currently do not have any LMS/LXP. In retail operations and logistics, we need to map the currently used LMS. We went through the discovery phase of the most suitable LXPs in Q4/2023.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be a member of the People Development team (5 people) within the People Care department (50 people) –as the L&D team we are responsible mainly for the head office population and our primary focus is on developing leadership skills and soft skills. 
  • You’ll collaborate with your colleagues – L&D specialists and L&D coordinator, you’ll report to the Head of People Development.   
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from another HR function and other people responsible for training and development in other business units such as warehouse logistics and retail operations – you’ll also collaborate with partners (creation of digital content, design and delivery of blended learning products etc.).  
  • First, you’ll lead a tender of short-listed LXP solutions. 
  • Parallel to this, you’ll map currently used LMS in all functions. 
  • Second, you’ll implement selected LXP including migration of content etc.  
  • You’ll design and develop learning experience – that means co-creation of backlog/projects pipeline and then co-creation of roadmap of activities. 
  • Our head office is in Brno and we have an office also in Prague – if you’re from Prague, we need you to travel to Brno regularly (1-2 days bi-weekly). 

To be successful you need to have:

  • Strong ownership of projects and ability to take the initiative in driving them to successful completion
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and efficiently, with a fast learning curve, to new technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in designing and developing digital learning materials and curricula
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms (LXP)
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools, e-learning authoring software, and graphic design tools.
  • You speak both Czech and English at a professional level
