A Web Customer Experience Product Owner is a key role in the Compressor Technique digital team, responsible for defining and delivering the Web customer experiences that support the business goals and customer needs. You will build and manage the team including UX Designers, Developers, Analysts. You will work closely with the Global marketing teams & country marketing teams to create and maintain the web strategy, vision, roadmap, backlog, and user stories for the Compressor Technique web portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead, build and grow top performing Web customer experience team.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement a data driven Web strategy that meets business goals and objectives, aligned with the corporate web strategy.
  • Define and communicate KPIs for measuring the success of our websites.
  • Conduct research and analysis, using web data, trends, best practices, user feedback, and web competitor analysis, to validate assumptions and hypotheses, and to discover web opportunities and insights.
  • Manage, prioritize, and implement the web development roadmap.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to Global & Country marketing teams.
  • Act as an internal thought leader, delivering presentations and training sessions on Web User Experience best practices and industry trends to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a data-driven marketing role with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Customer-centric and user-focused, and able to empathize and understand the customer needs, problems, and goals.
  • Experience in Service Design framework
  • Analytical and data-driven, and able to use data, trends, best practices, user feedback, and competitor analysis to make informed and evidence-based decisions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in defining clear metrics, using them to drive decisions while balancing the quantitative metrics with qualitative data. 
  • Capability to motivate and drive the team towards project completion, ensuring successful delivery of goals and objectives.
  • Skill in fostering teamwork and positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Proven experience in generating and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
