Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Support HRCs across the division and share best practices
  • Manage Job/Pay Change Submissions (done thru PowerApp)
  • Submit SAP Access Requests and Input Payments into SAP as needed
  • Responsible for electronic Employee File Maintenance
  • Provide Payroll Support for Salaried employees, and escalated Frontline pay issues
  • Monitor and resolve overpayments for salaried employees
  • Partner with HR Business Partner on Union Relations Assistance by organizing and analyzing employee data
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all personnel data stored in HR systems
  • Partner with Division Analyst on Market’s reporting needs

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of coordinator and/or administrative experience
  • Ability to travel to various locations within Market Unit as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
